REALM Academy training – How to realize safe and effective AI in the clinical practice

This one-day REALM Academy training aims to bring together manufacturers, notified bodies, HTA agencies, regulatory specialists, MDSW developers, and clinicians for an immersive learning experience.

During the training, participants will discover how REALM innovations support high-quality model evaluations, using the right methodologies and tools. You will learn how performance metrics, uncertainty quantification, data quality, model cards, blockchain-enabled traceability, and in silico validation can strengthen the safety, reliability, and regulatory readiness of AI-driven medical technologies. The training provides a practical and structured overview of the REALM approach, including key regulatory considerations, evaluation methodologies, and validation strategies.

The program also explores emerging innovations such as model evaluations using synthetic data, and automated model performance monitoring, offering a forward-looking perspective on deploying safe, effective, and trustworthy AI in real-world healthcare settings.
